Intimate Dining for two or four people:

1st Course:
Seared prawn on a bed of creamed leeks and a parmesan pate sable topped with a jicama/cabbage slaw.

2nd Course:
Korean pear and fennel salad served with cider vinaigrette.

3rd Course:
Pan-seared black bass with a citrus wine sauce served atop a wild mushroom risotto.

4th Course:
Choice filet mignon with a sweet port wine reduction with braised bok choy and roasted fingerling potatoes.

5th Course:
Orange-vanilla scented crème brulee

 

Elegant Private dinner party for 15 or more people

Hors d'eouvre Selections:
Choice of two

Choice Sirloin bites with a roasted pepper brunoise. Topped with a dollop goat cheese.

Fresh Lump crab with a wasabi aioli.

Fresh cold water oysters with a citrus mignonette.

Smoked salmon profiteroles with Illinois Sturgeon Caviar.

 First Course:
Fresh Seafood Plate
Beautiful arrangement of oysters and shrimp cocktail.

Second Course:
Fresh Dungeness crab Salad
Fresh pieces of crab meat combined with a creamy citrus vinaigrette on a bed of fresh greens.

Third Course:
Steamed Maine lobster with clams and mussels.  Served with corn and new potatoes and honey corn bread.

Fourth Course:
Fresh summer fruit tart

Hors d'oeuvre:
Sushi & Sashimi:  Alchemy salmon, vegetable rolls, and spicy tuna rolls.  Fresh fish: Salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and shrimp.

Cabbage and greens salad with seared tofu and sweet Mandarin Asian dressing
