My passion for culinary arts began at the early age of 11. My grandmother was a remarkable cook, preparing amazing meals for my large family. Often I would sit and observe her kitchen magic, helping in any way that she needed. Her satisfaction in seeing our faces as we enjoyed her delicious dishes was enough for me to realize my dream, my passion for people, and for food. I genuinely believe that the person for whom you are cooking for is the most important ingredient of any meal. And once you know what makes that person happy, the great food falls into place.
